New and Upgraded Wild Salmon Centre

The Norwegian Wild Salmon Centre in Lærdalsøyri, not far from the hotel.

Just 100 metres from the hotel, by the famous Lærdal River, you’ll find the Norwegian Wild Salmon Centre.

After a period of rebuilding and modernisation, the centre finally reopens on June 15th.

Experience the salmon in their true element and enjoy the rich media exhibition to get a deeper understanding of the Atlantic wild salmon.

Follow the salmon through its upbringing in the river, its migration out into the ocean, back into the fjord and up the river.

The centre offers an experience for the whole family!

If you get hungry during your visit, you can also find Laksen bakery & cafe in the same building.
